How a week is built

We plan the programming across the week rather than session to session, so the work progresses instead of repeating. Our strength work follows a division one collegiate model, and the conditioning draws on CrossFit, HYROX, gymnastics and bodybuilding. The structure below is representative, and specific movements, loading and coaching staff vary.

  • MondayLower body strength, built around the deadlift, paired with a squat or lunge based conditioning piece.
  • TuesdayUpper body strength, built around the strict press, paired with midline focused conditioning.
  • WednesdayOlympic lifting technique work, paired with lower body conditioning.
  • ThursdayLonger full body conditioning at lower intensity, using less technical movements.
  • FridayLower body strength, built around the front squat, paired with sprint style conditioning and finished with accessory work.
  • SaturdayLonger and more demanding conditioning. Moderate to heavy barbell work combined with higher skill movements.
  • SundayActive recovery. A longer conditioning piece meant to move well, not to test you.

Reserving your place

You book classes and open gym through Wodify. Booking opens 72 hours in advance, and we need a reservation for every session, open gym included.

If you're new, book a free first class and one of our coaches will be expecting you.

Before you book

How far in advance can I book?
Booking opens 72 hours ahead. Reserving early is worth doing for the 5:00am, 6:05am and evening classes, which fill first.
Do I need to book open gym?
Yes. You reserve it through Wodify the same way as a class.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel through the app so the place goes back to another member. Give us as much notice as you can.
Can I attend any class, or is there a beginner session?
Any class. Every session is the same programming scaled to the people in the room, so we don't run a separate beginner or advanced track. Choose the time that suits your day.
What happens at the 4:35pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays?
We reserve those two for the Youth Performance Program, ages 11 to 16. The 4:35pm runs as a standard class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
