The gym in Edgewater.

Most people want to see a gym before they train in it. This is our floor, our equipment and where to park, so your first visit isn't the first time you see any of it.

It's one open room. Everybody trains together in it, which is deliberate.

The Stable is at 189 Mitchells Chance Rd, Edgewater, Maryland 21037, about ten minutes from Annapolis. It is a single open training floor with a full rig, platforms, barbells, machines and turf, not rows of fixed equipment. Seven classes run each weekday from 5:00am, with sessions on Saturday and Sunday. Open gym runs Monday through Friday plus Saturday morning and is included with membership.
